carriegel said...: Technically she is a hunting dog. Dashhunds were used in Germany for hunting badgers. They were trained to go into the holes after them. She is a digger and at night likes to burrow under the blankets to sleep.

carriegel said...: I have to give her some slack. She spent the first 3 to 5 years of her life (not sure how old she is) at a puppy mill. I am sure she was confined to a kennel her whole life and so was forced to go where she lived. She'll learn.; March 11, 2008 at 11:17 PM
