Monday Randomness

It was another beautiful day in PA, so with D umpiring here in Butler I headed off to another baseball game. It was another field with high fences so I didn't have the best views. D was on first today so I sat on the ground by third and hoped for the best. It wasn't a high scoring game, 3 - 1 so there wasn't a lot of action today and my battery died just as a big play was developing on third. Oh well.

I did manage to catch one exciting play on second. He was called out for those who care about such things.




Because of the lack of excitement, I started looking around to see if there was anything else worth photographing. I liked the way the hands looked as they were hanging out of the dugout but I'm not sure if this photo works or not. I will let you be the judge. And in case you are wondering, he is counting pitches.




After D got home he decided this was a good night to start bonfire season. I don't know what it is about him and fire but he looks for any chance he can to have a fire in our outdoor fireplace. I think summer is finally on its way.




Even Jo was enjoying the warm night on the deck tonight.
